Step 1] Do the connections of the circuit as shown below
Step 1] Create a product on the Bolt Cloud (https://cloud.boltiot.com/home)
Step 2] Select the code option, type the code and save it with javascript (.js) extension
Step 3] Link the product with your Bolt device
Step 4] You can type your python code either in Digital Ocean (https://cloud.digitalocean.com/login) or in the Oracle VM Virtual Box (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads) ubuntu server (http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-16.04.6-server-i386.iso)
Step 5] Download the code from github by clicking this link
Step 6] Update the configuraiton_code.py file, update the Twillio SMS configurations and also update the API that you can get from the Bolt Cloud here, and the id of the device that you want to use to monitor rain.
Step 7] Connect the Bolt module to the power supply and run the python code
